Wellington plumbing businesses

Stop losing plumbing jobs to missed enquiries and forgotten quote follow-ups.

Capital Automation maps where enquiries go cold, then builds one measured workflow to capture, qualify and follow them up. We start with plumbing for 90 days so the second system is faster and more reliable than the first.

  • Discovery first; recommendations come after we understand the process
  • One workflow, one baseline and one success measure per pilot
  • Human handoff, opt-out handling and clear ownership built in

Repeatable plumbing workflows

One expensive leak first. Reusable systems after that.

Each pilot starts with the current process, a baseline and an owner. We adapt proven workflow blocks instead of inventing a different service for every client.

Missed-enquiry capture

Record missed and after-hours enquiries, send an agreed response and route urgent work to a person.

Lead qualification

Collect job type, suburb, urgency and preferred timing before the team returns the call.

Quote follow-up

Schedule truthful reminders, stop when the customer decides and keep open quotes visible to the owner.

Lead handover

Move website, phone and message enquiries into one queue with the information the next person needs.

Review and renewal prompts

Request feedback after completed work and prompt recurring customers when service is due.

Monthly funnel report

Track attempts, conversations, qualified leads, booked calls, pilots, completed builds and recurring revenue.

Current 90-day focus

Plumbing first. Missed enquiries and quote follow-up first.

For this 90-day cycle, Capital Automation is concentrating on Wellington plumbing businesses. The discovery question is simple: when a call is missed or a quote goes quiet, what happens next?

A website and Google Business Profile review can support that conversation, but it is not the opening pitch. We recommend it only after we understand where enquiries are actually being lost.

What happens when the team is on-site and cannot answer?
Who owns the next action on an open quote?
Which details decide whether an enquiry is worth pursuing?
How will booked, lost and pending leads be measured?
The target is one qualified discovery call each week, not a vanity activity total.
Discovery and delivery

Understand first. Propose second. Prove one workflow.

Every conversation ends with a scheduled next step or a clear no-fit answer. The proposal is written only after the current process is understood.

1

Map the process

Use 15 minutes to map the missed-enquiry or quote-follow-up problem and identify who owns it now.

2

Baseline

Record current volume, response time, follow-up rate and known outcomes before changing the process.

3

Blueprint

Define triggers, messages, handoffs, exclusions, opt-outs, failure paths and the next review date.

4

Pilot

Run one workflow with a clear success measure, test cases and a person responsible for exceptions.

5

Review

Compare results with the baseline, decide whether to expand and schedule the next action before closing.

Offer ladder

Start with the conversation, then fund the smallest useful next step.

These are current test ranges for smaller Wellington businesses. Scope, third-party fees and any full implementation are confirmed in writing after discovery.

Who you're working with

Built and run by locals who actually pick up the phone.

I'm Yusuke. I build the systems that handle the repetitive parts of running a small business, so you can get back to the work you're good at.

Capital Automation grew out of Capital Websites after we kept seeing local businesses lose track of calls and quotes. The current 90-day focus is plumbing, so the workflows, discovery questions and measurements can be reused rather than rebuilt from scratch.

John handles the first discovery conversation and Yusuke builds the workflow. The proposal follows discovery, the pilot has a named owner, and every review ends with the next step scheduled.

Good questions

The things people ask before they book.

Still wondering something? Ask Ada, the disclosed AI assistant at the bottom-right, or book a 15-minute discovery with John.

Not at all. You'll never touch the technical side. You see a simple result — a job booked, a lead captured, a follow-up sent — and a one-page reference if you ever want it. We handle everything underneath.

A 15-minute discovery has no charge. Small website or Google Business Profile work is currently tested at NZ$100–$500. Automation pilots and support are tested at NZ$300–$650 per month, depending on scope and value. Full implementation is quoted after discovery or a pilot.

No — it removes the boring, repetitive admin so your people do the work that needs a human. Anything outside the system's scope always hands off cleanly to a real person.

Usually, yes. We map the current process first, then confirm which job software, calendar, email, invoicing or CRM connections are practical before proposing the workflow.

Each pilot defines monitoring, a failure alert and a human fallback before launch. The monthly review covers exceptions, delivery status and any change needed next.

We're explicit about what data each automation touches and where it's stored, and we build to NZ Privacy Act expectations. You own the system and the data in it.
